1. Credit card online - Register, then checkout with your card information, and we will process a secure credit card transaction over the internet. The goods will then be shipped within 1-2 working days. Torah Zone accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
2. Credit card over the phone - Call us 10am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time and we will process a secure credit card transaction over the phone. The goods will then be shipped within 1-2 working days. Torah Zone accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Payments are processed through PayPal.com
3. Check or Money Order - You may send a cheque or money order made payable to Lew White to the postal address above. The goods will then be shipped within 1-2 working days after the check or money order is cleared into the Torah Zone bank account (Usually 7 to 10 working days).

Pricing

Torah Zone accepts payment in US Dollars only. Torah Zone reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Delivery and Delivery Time

Torah Zone will ship the order within 1-2 business days providing the order is received before 2.00 p.m. EST and the item is in stock. Normal delivery from Fedex is 3-5 days, but quite often 2 days to major cities. If there are any delays due to stock availability Torah Zone will notify you and you may choose to change or cancel your order.

Overnight Delivery and 2 Day FedEx

You may select the speed of your delivery for orders within US only. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days provided the order is received before the 3:00pm (EST) close off time. Overnight Delivery guarantees next day delivery to most areas, however this service is not available to remote areas. You must call us and alert us to the need for Overnight Delivery. Also, states near Kentucky will usually receive delivery within 2 days normally. An extra fee is payable for Overnight Delivery, usually depending on the size of the shipment. Customer service must be notified that you do agree to the extra fee should you choose this option. If you require an urgent delivery please telephone our office and we will always try to be of service.

International Orders

Torah Zone delivers worldwide with applicable shipping charges.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, you may return/exchange the item/s under the following conditions:

1. All products must be returned within seven days of receipt.
2. The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
3. Call 502-261-9833 or e-mail phyllis@torahzone.net with the following details at hand: Your Name, Order Number, Product Name, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange, or Refund.
4. You will then be given a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) to be written on the outside of the returned package.
5. Post the product(s) to the following address: Torah Zone, P.O.Box 436044, Louisville, Ky 40253, United States

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable.Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as Torah Zone cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post. If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of goods provided the R.A.N. (Return Authorisation Number) is clearly marked on the package, less a restocking fee of 10% of the product(s) value. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference plus postage and handling.

Faulty Products

Where a product is faulty, Torah Zone will replace it with no charge for the extra postage and handling. Please call/e-mail for your Return Authorisation Number before returning any goods.
